Automated Systems Development Specialist
Kevin is a C-Level software systems architect specializing in automotive and lending operational procedures. Kevin's approach is straightforward: identify the operational friction that slows teams down or introduces risk, then design and deliver the underlying systems—security, infrastructure, rules, pricing, orchestration, automation, and intelligent agents—that remove that friction and reduces expenses while increasing productivity and quality of outcome.
His work has consistently centered on building systems that automate high-stakes processes, enforce rules and pricing logic at scale, and secure sensitive personal and financial data. The solutions Kevin builds give operators and originators the tools they need to move faster with greater control and consistency.
As Co-Founder of SOARlmsi, Kevin led a complete redevelopment of the platform that currently serves automotive companies nationwide. The platform was built as a powerful, customizable learning management system that supports personal private coaching, constant skill development, account servicing (income development), and multi-level white-labeled deployment and reporting. Other features were then added to automate repeatable processes including; dynamic, real time enterprise reporting of all types of activity, data and outcomes, website lead generation, CRM lead response and appointment setting automation, automated presentations activated from vehicle addendums, QR codes, or links, FTC required disclosure routines and verified customer understanding acknowledgements, inter-platform communication tools, and the ability to streamline or automate other repetitive processes such as recruiting, screening, onboarding, and ongoing engagement/communication routines. The system was designed to serve organizations that need both content distribution, data collection and interpretation, interactive communications, privacy and security, heavily parsed data, multi-level dynamic reporting, and reliable operational process support in a secure, brandable environment.
As lead architect for several lenders, Kevin has designed platforms required to perform complex decisioning routines using extremely large data sources, multiple vendor integrations, in highly regulated environments.
Kevin's platforms provide lenders with a single operational layer for standardizing and orchestrating their origination ecosystem, particularly the complex web of vendor partners involved in credit, verifications, pricing, automated underwriting, fees, loan underwriting and decisioning logic, and related services. Completed projects include tools that automatically run against a service portfolio and surface opportunities, giving operators clear visibility into where process or vendor improvements can be made. He has continued to advance pricing engine technology so that it remains precise, performant, and adaptable to changing market and investor conditions. He has also developed a complex multi-agent framework capable of answering questions and performing most actions on a loan, bringing conversational and autonomous capabilities into the day-to-day work of loan production and servicing.
Kevin's understanding of automotive retail operations, loan origination, and their associated business processes gives MorningStar clients a level of support unmatched by other software developer options.
